ERASMUS PLUS FOR TRAINING AND REFRESHER COURSES FOR ITALIAN TEACHERS

Financial aid and scholarships for Italian language teachers abroad

Since 2008, our training and refresher courses have been part of the Comenius-Grundtvig database for in-service training.

In 2014 the previous Lifelog Learning Program (LLP) was replaced by the new ERASMUS PLUS scheme.

Teachers from EU member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Macedonia and Turkey may apply for Erasmus Plus funding to participate in our training and refresher courses for Teachers of Italian as a foreign language. The scholarship generally covers tuition fees for the course, travel and accommodation costs.

To apply for funding, interested teachers should consult their university, school or the organization where they work, which must have undergone a training planwith the Erasmus Plus National Agency.

    Teachers residing in the following countries can apply for funding to attend one of our teacher training and refresher courses for those teaching Italian to foreigners:

    How to apply for ERASMUS PLUS aid
    - Choose the course you would like to attend and contact us.
    - We will send you a pre-registration letter and the detailed program of the chosen course to be attached to the loan request to your school, university or organization where you work. A training plan should have been presented to the National Agency by these institutions.
    - Please inform us promptly even where should the outcome of your request be negative.
    - If your application for financial aid is approved, you may choose to pay an initial deposit or the entire balance due in one payment, and we will invoice you accordingly.
