Each year the Torre di Babele Italian language school offers various scholarships through Italian cultural institutes, universities and schools abroad.

If you are interested, please inquire at your closest Italian cultural institute .

If you are a student at university or a language school, you may apply for a scholarship directly to Torre di Babele, enclosing a reference letter from your Italian teacher or professor. Alternately, you may ask the Italian department of your university or language school to contact us in order to receive our scholarship offers.

Study grants - Sweden

Our Italian language school has been approved by CSN Lund (Swedish Board for Study Support). Swedish students from Sweden who enroll in our school in Rome can therefore apply for study grants.

Financial aid – “countries of the year”

Each year our language school selects one or more nations as “Countries of the Year” and offers a discounted price to all students of those nationalities.

The countries chosen for 2014 are Canada and Australia. All citizens of these countries who enroll in one of our Italian language courses will get a 10% reduction on the course fee. This offer is valid through December 2014.

Comenius - Grundtvig


All of our training and refresher courses for Italian language teachers have been approved under the Comenius Grundtvig system. Italian  teachers within the European Union can apply for assistance to attend the courses listed in the Comenius/Grundtvig database with the following reference numbers:
